Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to support patient treatments and assist licensed clinicians across clinics. This entry-level role offers exposure to patient care, ongoing training, and career growth within a nationwide practice.

Role includes aiding treatment flow, front desk support as needed, and a pathway for advancement in a collaborative, evidence-based care environment. Schedule varies with PRN shifts across Peachtree City, Fayetteville, or Tyrone locations.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Year-round employment required; not seasonal.
• Occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.

Your Responsibilities As a Physical Therapy Aide

• Greet patients and assist patients to treatment area as directed by therapist or therapist assistant
• Clean treatment room and prepare room for next patient
• Maintain cleanliness of therapeutic equipment
• Answer and direct telephone calls

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Year-Round Employment Required – This position requires consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year. We are unable to accommodate seasonal hires who only work during summer and return for breaks.
• Occasional lifting consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs.
• Occasional carrying consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs
• Occasional pushing consistent with patient care of 0 – 300 lbs
• Frequent lifting and carrying consistent with patient care of 0 – 50 lbs

Schedule

• PRN (schedule varies)
• This position will float to either Peachtree City, Fayetteville or Tyrone clinic on an as needed basis.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $13.33-$14/hour
• (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
