Job summary

Creekside Behavioral Health in Kingsport, Tennessee seeks an Associate Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services or mental health services or closely related field is required.
• Entry-level licensure with weekly supervision is required until state licensure is obtained.
• CPR and de-escalation certifications are required or obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy under supervision.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and linkage to outside resources.
• Document progress and attend multidisciplinary conferences.
• Offer crisis intervention and case management as needed.
• Facilitate psychoeducational trainings and family meetings.
