Bradford Health Services in Alabama is seeking a PRN Therapist to support individuals and families through mental health challenges, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide crisis intervention when needed, and adapt approaches to diverse populations, contributing to improved emotional well-being and resilience.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed as LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent.
• Experience in mental health counseling, including individual and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to identify client needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies for acute mental health episodes.
• Facilitate anger management and life transition counseling.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain confidential client records per legal and ethical standards.
