Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a PRN Therapist to join our behavioral health team. The therapist will perform assessments and provide individual and group therapy, document per policy, coordinate discharge planning, and maintain community resource information.

The role requires a Masters degree and licensure as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT, with ongoing education and commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Masters degree from an accredited university in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or related field.
• Current licensure as LCSW, LMHC or LMFT.

Responsibilities
