Qualifications

• Completion of a Surgical Technician Program or equivalent
• State/center certification as required
• Experience in ambulatory surgical center preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures
• Supports the surgery center's philosophy and objectives
• Participates in quality improvement activities
