The role supports a busy multispecialty center, scrubbing for procedures and collaborating with physicians and staff to uphold safety and quality standards. Requirements include graduation from a surgical technology program and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a surgical technology program.
• Previous ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for surgical procedures with aseptic technique.
• Assist surgical team and maintain sterile field and equipment.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality of care in collaboration with staff.
