Job summary

Responsibilities

• The RN is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents and collaborates with families and the care team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff while ensuring safe, reliable care and adherence to nursing standards.
