Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of Alabama.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing speech therapy and in coordination with the health care team.
• Evaluates function and assists in developing the therapy plan of care.
• Treats patients to communicate effectively and observes patient responses to treatment.
• Instructs patients, families, and caregivers in speech therapy techniques.
• Participates in performance and development within the care team.
