Job summary

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Skilled nursing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents following a change in condition or a hospital stay.
• Provide individualized treatment for communication, cognition, and swallowing.
• Educate residents and care staff on strategies they can use throughout the day.
• Coordinate with nursing and other clinicians on care plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment, and progress in a timely manner.
