Role Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments
• Provide care according to physician’s orders and established care plans
• Assess treatment effectiveness and modify as needed
• Plan for patient discharge and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team to optimize recovery
• Participate in performance improvement and program development activities
• Contribute to departmental budgeting and cost-effectiveness
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related fields accepted by ASHA
• Possess or eligible for ASHA Certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma
• Current BLS/CPR certification
