Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after evaluations, in a SNF setting.

Ideal candidates have strong written, oral and interpersonal communication, work well with families and treatment teams, and are skilled in administering assessments, swallowing evaluations, and developing and monitoring treatment plans to track patient progress.

Qualifications

• Experience administering speech/language assessments.
• Ability to conduct swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and progress.

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
