Qualifications

• CCC from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Completion of CF with supervision from a certified and licensed SLP
• Current state licensure in the state of practice (Texas)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to patients, family, and staff
• Capable of performing essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients across settings.
• Complete comprehensive evaluations using standard tools.
• Review patient records for diagnoses, medical history, precautions.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise CFYs, speech interns, and rehab techs in patient care.
