Job summary

Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide skilled speech-language pathology services in a multidisciplinary team. Applicants skilled in Modified Barium Swallow studies are encouraged to apply, with 2-3 weekday shifts and 1-2 weekend shifts per quarter.

Cross-training options at other Novant Health centers are available. Education requirements include a 4-year degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure, with ASHA certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy program required.
• State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required; ASHA CCC/CFY preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular administration of Modified Barium Swallow studies during weekday shifts.
• Experience with FEES, PMV, and ICU is preferred.
• Treat patients through the facility.
