Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Minnesota seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders at RenVilla Health Center in Renville. This PRN/as-needed role offers flexibility within a clinical setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP license, and CCC-SLP certification, with up to a year of experience. You will educate patients and families and document progress to guide care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
