Job summary

Flagship Therapy seeks a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist at Legacy Park Health and Rehabilitation in Knoxville, TN. The role supports an in-house rehab program through screening, evaluation, and tailored therapy plans for geriatric patients as part of a values-driven team.

Licensed SLPs at all experience levels are encouraged to apply, including new graduates. The position emphasizes compassionate care, regulatory compliance, and collaborative patient-family counseling.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative and therapeutic interventions in accordance with clinical standards.
• Assist with regular standing/walking, lifting, transferring, and repositioning of patients and equipment as needed.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including modalities and wound care.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance.
