Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (PRN) to evaluate and treat residents in senior living communities. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements and a strong emphasis on building relationships with patients.

You will implement evidence-based therapies, establish goals, and collaborate with a coordinated care team. The position supports licensure reimbursement, CEUs, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree from an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/c cognitive impairments, using evidenced based therapeutic techniques
• Establish treatment goals and develop SLP treatment programs based on a full clinical evaluation
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized sessions and a functional based treatment approach
