Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (PRN) to assess and treat swallowing, communication, and cognitive issues in senior residents. You will deliver private sessions with a functional-based approach within a collaborative care team.

The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, and offers competitive pay with comprehensive benefits including licensure reimbursement and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or ability to obtain before start.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement SLP treatment programs based on full clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized attention and functional-based approach.
