You’ll create personalized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support speech, cognition, and swallowing functions while meeting documentation standards.

Flexible schedule with some weekends; experience in acute/long-term care is a bonus; we value ownership with ESOP.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current IL SLP license.
• Flexible schedule with some weekends.
