Symbria in Janesville, WI is seeking a dedicated PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our employee-owned team serving St Elizabeth Home in a SNF setting. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to impact elder care while being part of a 100% employee-owned ESOP.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to establish goals, develop and implement SLP programs, maintain productivity, and complete required documentation to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Acute care/long-term care experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and execute treatment plans and develop/implement clinical and educational SLP programs.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve outcomes and partner with the community served.
