Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join Garden View Post Acute in California. You will assess and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders within established standards and our in-house team.

You’ll provide rehabilitative treatment, evaluate outcomes, and coordinate with families and care providers to support recovery. Licensure as an SLP is required, with opportunities open to all experience levels.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.
