Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Open to SLPs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Effectively screen/evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment intervention per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as necessary.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and other service providers.
• Document required information in the electronic documentation system.
