Job summary

ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our team across a multi-setting center: outpatient, swing bed inpatient division, and a home health team. This position is not slated for a CFY, so applicants must be a fully licensed, stand-alone SLP with Illinois licensure in good standing.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Illinois SLP license or ability to obtain a Illinois SLP license is required.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment.
