Job summary

Symbria's Rehab Team in Jackson, OH is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to impact the lives of older adults. You will establish goals and creatively execute treatment plans, develop SLP programs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a geriatric setting.

Flexibility to work weekends is required. Prior acute care or long-term care experience is preferred but not mandatory. This is a PRN opportunity with ESOP and career growth potential within Symbria.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state license is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Acute care / long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and implement treatment plans for residents.
• Develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve positive resident outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the community served.
