Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees care provided by therapy aides according to regulations and standards.
• Maintains productivity standards through time management and clinical efficiency.
• Provides professional development and performance improvements as a Clinical instructor.
• Adjusts to changes in patient census by altering working hours and assisting in other centers as needed.
• Ensures employee and patient safety in daily activities.
• Engages in community outreach and education to promote awareness of clinical services.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using standard techniques.
• Develops and adjusts individualized treatment plans with clear goals and frequency.
• Documents accurately using CPT codes and insurance guidelines.
• Evaluates age-appropriate behavior and development to tailor communication and care.
• Identifies patient/caregiver education needs and delivers appropriate teaching.
