Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team at Middletown Health & Rehab Center in Middletown, Ohio. We support a therapist-led approach and are expanding our national footprint.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP license, and CCC-SLP; one year of experience is preferred. You will evaluate and develop treatment plans and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
