Job summary

OU Health in Edmond is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (PRN) at OU Medical Center to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders within Adult Rehab Services.

The role requires a Master's degree, Oklahoma licensure and CCC, plus at least 1 year of experience; you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Current Oklahoma licensure and CCC‑SLP certification.
• Experience evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Ability to educate patients and families and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and home strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff.
