Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to work PRN with our therapy team at Chaparral House located in Berkeley, CA. The role involves direct patient care to adults with diverse medical conditions and requires documentation and collaboration with physicians.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in speech-language pathology and a state license, with a preference for one year of SLP experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum one year of experience as an SLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.
• Provide speech-language services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders.
