BJC HealthCare is seeking a PRN Sonographer for the Sunset Hills outpatient imaging center in Missouri. The role focuses on abdominal, small parts, obstetric and vascular ultrasound imaging with on-call flexibility and quick turnaround of results to physicians.

Responsibilities include equipment readiness, accurate documentation, and performing studies independently across sites as needed. Prior RDMS certification and CPR are preferred; on-site work only.

Qualifications

• Associate or trade school education required.
• RDMS or equiv certification required.
• RDCS or equiv certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper function and readiness of ultrasound equipment.
• Performs ultrasound imaging examinations and documents procedures.
• Performs studies independently; may perform on-call, portable exams, and work at other sites as required.
