Job summary

Progressive Care Center in Canon City, CO is hiring a Housekeeper (PRN) to maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, and offices in a SNF environment. Willing to train, with on-site duties and a pay rate of $15.00–$16.27 per hour, DOE. Prior housekeeping in SNF/LTC preferred but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Join our team to contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming facility for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a SNF or LTC setting preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mop patient rooms, common areas, and office areas
• Disinfect patient rooms, common areas, and office areas
• Dust patient rooms, common and office areas
• Empty trash from patient rooms, common areas, bathrooms and office areas
• Clean carpet in common office areas
• Clean bathrooms in patient rooms, common areas, and office areas
• Clean entryway, patios, and courtyards
• Changing of linens and making of beds in patient rooms as needed
• Report needed repairs or replacement items to Maintenance Leadership
