Job summary

ProgressiveHealth’s Union Hospital Therapy, LLC in Terre Haute, IN seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinical team and cover inpatient services. Both experienced SLPs and new graduates are welcome to apply, with a PRN opportunity available.

You will diagnose and treat speech and language disorders, plan rehabilitation programs, provide language development support, review patient histories, administer tests, and adapt plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure, certification, and registration or ability to obtain.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and evaluate speech and language skills.Plan, direct, or conduct rehabilitative treatment programs.
• Provide counseling and language development therapy.
• Review background information before evaluation to select tests.
• Administer, score, and interpret hearing and speech tests.
• Review and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct research to improve diagnostic and remedial techniques.
