Job summary

Aspire Senior Living East Prairie in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in residents. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs.

The role engages in individual and group therapy, with focus on high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Clinical fellowship completed or in progress.
• Current Missouri licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in residents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide speech-language therapy services (individual and group).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on care plans.
• Document resident progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay current with SLP industry best practices and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and regulatory compliance.
