Aspire Senior Living Warsaw in Warsaw, MO is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders across the lifespan. This PRN/per diem role supports residents with personalized therapy plans in a warm, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, developing individualized plans, direct therapy, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, staff education, and precise documentation to monitor

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) completion or equivalent experience.
• Current licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified goals
• Provide direct therapy services to residents, including speech, language, and swallowing interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in staff education and training programs
• Maintain accurate records and reports of assessments, treatments, and outcomes
