Job summary

Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting in Cincinnati, OH is seeking PRN Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across the Cincinnati market.

You will evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Location options and travel preferences will be discussed during interview.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Ohio Speech-Language Pathology license required.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that support functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Help improve quality of life and independence for the patients you serve.
