Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team in Berryville, VA. The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders, with emphasis on individualized plans and patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, a current Virginia SLP license, and CCC-SLP certification. 1 year of experience is preferred; PRN daytime schedule available at Rose Hill Health and Rehab.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
