Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a growing national network of facilities. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and collaborate with a leadership team dedicated to professional growth.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state SLP license with CCC-SLP, and 1 year of experience preferred. Schedule is PRN-Daytime at Montgomery Nursing & Rehab Center in Hillsboro, IL.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Speech-Language Pathologist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
