The nurse will assess, intervene, and follow up on healthcare needs, addressing physical, mental, emotional, and social health to support student success. Prior school nursing experience is a plus, HS/GED education required.
Qualifications
- RN license is required.
- At least 1 year of professional nursing experience.
- School nursing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide healthcare through assessment, intervention, and follow-up for students in the school setting.
- Address the physical, mental, emotional, and social health needs of students.
- Support student achievement in the learning process.
- PRN (as needed) during school hours.
