Position Overview

MedBridge Healthcare is seeking an experienced RPSGT to work at our Monroe, GA location. This PRN position involves providing sleep services on an as-needed basis from 8 PM to 6 AM. Competitive hourly rates are available, depending on experience and patient load.

MedBridge is a leading provider of sleep laboratory management and therapy services, partnering with hospitals and physician practices to deliver comprehensive testing, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care for sleep disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments of sleep disorders, including in-center and out-of-center testing, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, patient care, and education.
  • Gather and analyze patient information to identify needs and determine testing parameters in collaboration with physicians and protocols.
  • Prepare and calibrate testing equipment, apply electrodes and sensors, and perform physiologic calibrations.
  • Perform and monitor polysomnographic procedures, ensuring data quality and safety interventions.
  • Score sleep data and clinical events according to guidelines, generate reports, and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and professional standards, and maintain current CPR/BCLS certification.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and team members, and demonstrate age-specific care skills.
Physical Demands

Requires standing, walking, sitting, speaking, hearing, and visual acuity. Must lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and move up to 25 pounds frequently.

Additional Information

Maintain continuity of patient care during shifts, adhere to company policies, and follow professional conduct standards. Dress in scrubs or business casual with a lab coat.
