Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho is seeking a PRN RN for the SPAR/PACU department at our Regional Medical Center. This part-time day shift position offers 1/12-hour shifts Monday through Friday with occasional weekend/holiday call.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required; multistate licenses must establish residency with Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS.
• Experience in PACU/SPAR or acute care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for Neonate to Geriatric patients in SPAR/PACU; document assessments and plans.
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and communicate with caregivers.
• Follow safety policies and establish therapeutic boundaries.
