Job summary

Nexus Family Healing is hiring PRN Registered Nurses for our residential program in Eugene, Oregon, with expansion to Portland. You will provide client-centered medical care, collaborate with the treatment team, and ensure safe medication administration in a 14-bed psychiatric residential facility opening this summer.

Starting pay is $48-$52 per hour on-site, with comprehensive benefits including PTO, 401k match, Talkspace therapy, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Active RN license in Oregon and QMHP qualification.
• First Aid/CPR and infection control certifications held.
• Minimum 1 year related nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote health and well-being of residents with client-centered care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on medical and treatment plans.
• Administer and monitor medications, ensure records accuracy.
• Attend trainings, maintain required certifications and scope of practice.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with Nexus policies.

Education

Bachelor's degree

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Registered Nurse License

QMHP qualified in Oregon

First Aid/CPR/Infection Control certification

Valid driver's license
