Southern Health Partners is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) in Delta, CO 81416. The role features 12-hour day shifts with flexibility to pick up shifts through our online scheduling exchange, enabling you to tailor your work around personal commitments.

As an SHP RN, you will provide hands-on nursing care, monitor patients, document assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient experiences in a jail setting.

Formación

• RN license required.
• Experience in clinical nursing setting.
• Ability to work PRN shifts and document care accurately.
