Pay Range

$62,000 - $75,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, following physician plans of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Coordinate care and educate families to improve outcomes.
• Implement preventative measures to ensure quality care.
