Job summary

IV Nutrition Round Rock seeks an RN to provide direct-care, outpatient IV hydration and wellness services. The role emphasizes peripheral IV insertion, safe administration of treatments, patient monitoring, and clear communication.

You will greet clients, support comfort, coordinate with clinic staff, and maintain infection-control standards. Competitive pay ranges from $25-$30 per hour, with flexible weekday/evening shifts and potential for additional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license or valid Texas RN privilege; BLS certification.
• Recent peripheral IV insertion proficiency and strong clinical assessment skills.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and safe medication administration; respond to emergencies.
• Excellent communication, accountability, reliability, and shift reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and review treatment orders before IV therapy.
• Establish peripheral IV access and administer authorized IV therapies.
• Monitor clients, identify adverse reactions, and follow emergency procedures.
• Maintain infection-control standards and provide education and aftercare instructions.
• Support client flow, treatment-room readiness, and timely clinical handoffs.
