The RN will administer medications, implement physician-directed treatments, and provide leadership for the nursing staff. Licensing requirements and CPR certification are mandatory, with opportunities for growth in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the team to develop effective care plans.
• Set realistic short- and long-term patient goals and monitor outcomes to minimize rehospitalizations.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate responsibilities to staff and supervise to ensure tasks are executed.
• Communicate patient information across staff and shifts.
