Description

• Provides oversight for the provision of care.
• Serves as a resource to direct care staff.
• Coordinates on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events. Supports the DON and Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned.
• Provides direct patient care as needed and/or assigned under the Registered Nurse role.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience: Two years as a Registered Nurse, including at least one year in acute psychiatric care and one year in management.

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
