Job summary

HomeFirst Home Healthcare in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our home health field team. You will conduct one-on-one patient care, teach patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to implement a Plan of Care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse educational program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Clinical home health / OASIS experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license with valid automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting.
• Perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement a Plan of Care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and communicate with the clinical management team.
