Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care and coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiate and update the plan of care.
• Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission.
• Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution and complaint investigations.
