Job summary

Charlestown Retirement Community, part of Erickson Senior Living, is hiring PRN Registered Nurses for Home Care. The position requires Oasis charting experience and a minimum of 1 year of recent home health experience, delivering nursing care in residents' homes within the community.

Compensation includes $48.00 per hour with a potential $2.00 per hour shift differential for evenings and nights, plus benefits such as medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with company contribution, onsite clinics,

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.
• Recent home health experience required.
• OASIS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with residents, families and physicians to develop and implement service plans.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to the care team.
• Ensure individualized plans are followed by the Home Support team.
• Deliver nursing care according to the plan and standards.
• Participate in care conferences and staff training.
