PRN - RN Home Health

Girard Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. This role offers a flexible schedule, making it perfect for a skilled RN looking to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver professional nursing care to patients in their homes, adhering to care plans and physician orders.
2. Conduct assessments, administer medications, and provide education to patients and families.
3. Collaborate with the Home Health team to evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
5. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Current RN licensure in the state of Kansas.
2. Minimum of one year of nursing experience; Home Health experience preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
5. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
