Job summary

Elara Caring in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to provide patient-centered care in home settings. You will assess patients, complete initial and ongoing evaluations, implement the plan of care, and educate families on safety and treatment adherence.

ND: You must hold a current RN license, graduate from an accredited nursing program, and have 1+ year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
