Job summary

Live Well Home Care is seeking a Per Diem/PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Montana. The RN will coordinate Start of Care, re-certifications, discharges, and resumption of care while delivering direct patient care and facilitating care plans with the medical team.

Qualifications
